New Design Reversible Disc Plow for Tractor: 660 mm & 710 mm Discs
The 1LYS reversible disc plow is a tractor-mounted plough for primary tillage. It hangs on the tractor’s three-point linkage, so it turns inside the headland of a small block. At every headland a hydraulic cylinder swings the disc gang over, and the next pass throws the soil the other way.
That single movement is what separates a two-way disc plough from a one-way machine: the plough works in both directions, the furrow closes behind it, and the block stays level instead of developing a dead furrow down the middle ,specified for Peruvian tillage conditions.
A new-design frame: the discs and the cylinder sit on one welded beam
In this new-design version the disc gang, the hub assemblies and the hydraulic reversal cylinder are carried on a single welded box-section steel frame. The load from the discs goes straight into the main beam — there is no long overhung bracket on the working end of the plough. A parking stand is fitted at the front so the machine can be set down and stored upright ,
