1BZY Trailed Offset Heavy Duty Disc Harrow with hydraulic system
The trailed offset heavy duty disc harrow designed combines the advantages of BLADAN disc harrow is mainly suitable for smashing the stubble before ploughing. Breaking the surface knot,cutting the straw into the field,breaking up the clods after ploughing, leveling and protecting the hoe, etc., and can also replace the plough on the mature landto carry out the soil ploughing operation.
The 1BZY is a trailed offset heavy duty disc harrow with its own hydraulic system. it follows the tractor on two transport tyres, so the weight of the frame presses the gangs into the ground. The work efficiency is high, the power utilization is reasonable,and the ability to break up the soil is strong. After the working,the surface issmooth and the soil is loose.It has strong adaptability to the filed with heavy soil , wasteland and weeds.

– Offset two-gang frame in welded square-tube steel, with adjustable disc angle on the front and rear gangs.
– 610-660 mm discs on square shafts; plain and notched blades available to match your soil and residue.
– Sealed bearing assemblies on the disc gangs — grease or oil-bath versions depending on model.
– Dual-function hydraulic cylinder lifts the transport wheels from the cab: raise the gangs at the headland, turn in a tight radius,
and set working depth by wheel height.
– Two heavy-duty agricultural tyres carry the harrow in the field and on the road.
– Shot-blasted and powder-coated frame, made for humid working conditions.
